CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT

  • Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

  • We’re happy to accommodate when possible. Just let us know your estimated arrival or departure time in advance, and we’ll do our best.

GETTING HERE AND AROUND

  • Yes. We can arrange a reliable transfer from Hato Airport to Villa Tokara. The cost is $40 one-way for up to 4 people. A surcharge applies for transfers with more than 4 people or after 11:00 PM.

  • Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for our guests.

  • Absolutely. We can arrange a rental car to be ready for you at the villa. Just let us know what you need.

AT THE VILLA

  • Yes, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property — complimentary, of course.

  • Breakfast is not included in the standard room rate. However, we offer a light à la carte breakfast. You can order in advance and enjoy it on your private patio — or stroll to our partner café just a few steps away.

  • Yes. Our pool is perfect for a morning dip, lazy afternoon float, or sunset unwinding. There’s plenty of shaded seating and sunny corners alike.

  • Each room includes a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a coffee/tea station, Rituals toiletries, a hairdryer, soft linens and towels, and a seating area. Some rooms include writing desks, balconies or terraces, or separate bedrooms — check room descriptions for details.

  • Yes, all rooms come with a safe for your valuables.

  • All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. You're welcome to smoke outside on the terrace or in designated outdoor spaces.

  • We love to! Whether you’re after beach hopping, art walks, snorkeling spots, or hidden local restaurants — we’re happy to curate a personalized itinerary and make reservations on your behalf.

  • Yes. We partner with local therapists for in-room massages and pedicures — bookable in advance.

  • Yes, we host intimate events including weddings, private dinners, and corporate gatherings. Reach out to us to discuss what’s possible.

  • You can cancel or modify your reservation according to the policy stated at the time of booking. Need help? Just contact us directly — we’re happy to assist.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments.

  • We’re located on Penstraat 55, at the edge of the vibrant Pietermaai District — Curaçao’s cultural heart. Just a short stroll from colorful streets, historic architecture, and some of the island’s best restaurants and cocktail bars.
