All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. When making a reservation:

  • You accept the applicable cancellation and refund policy provided at the time of booking

4. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out: 12:00 PM
    Late check-out may be offered upon request and availability.

5. House Rules & Conduct

Guests must respect the peaceful environment of Villa Tokara. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay if a guest’s behavior is disruptive, unlawful, or violates our policies.

Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
